Freelance Mid-Senior Designer

About the Role

Pereira O’Dell is seeking a freelance Mid-Senior Designer to join our award-winning creative team. This role requires a highly skilled, independent, and detail-obsessed designer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design compelling, story-driven presentations for clients and new business pitches usingGoogle Slides andPowerPoint, including creation of master templates.
Develop and maintainvisual design systems for ongoing campaigns, particularly acrosssocial media platforms.
Createmaster assets fordisplay banners, ensuring high visual quality and brand consistency.
Execute preciseresizing and adaptation of assets fordisplay, social, and OOH formats, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual cohesiveness across formats.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in Graphic or Visual Design, preferably within anadvertising agency ordesign studio.
Strongportfolio showcasing work acrossmultiple platforms and formats (social, digital, presentations, OOH).
Deep understanding oftypography,hierarchy, layout systems, and attention to detail.
Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience withAI tools likeAdobe Firefly, Sora, ChatGPT, and MidJourney.
Expertise inGoogle Slides andPowerPoint, includingbuilding master templates.
Fluent awareness ofdesign trends, aesthetic standards, and emerging creative tools.
Ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Highlyorganized,proactive, andself-motivated.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a US-based creative team.
Ability tounderstand and communicate in English.

Compensation is R$8.000 - R10.000/month (Brazilian Real).
