**About the Role** We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. As a Field Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. **Required Skills** * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Position Responsibilities** * Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including email and phone and door-to-door * Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team * Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients * Collaborate with the teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system * Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and ensure they move through the sales pipeline * Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets **About Oway** Oway is a rideshare freight platform that automatically coordinates and sells unused space in trucks to SMBs at a 50% discount for lightning-fast shipping.
