Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for clinical meetings and appointments
Assist in the preparation of clinical trial documentation and reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and databases
Support the clinical team in managing patient communications and follow-ups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Facilitate training and onboarding of new clinical staff and volunteers
Monitor and manage inventory of clinical supplies and equipment

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role
Strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical management software
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
