The role involves working in a clean, safe, and professional environment to manage reservations and dispatch executive transportation services. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming reservation requests and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely pickup’s and drop-offs. Communicate with chauffeurs to provide them with accurate trip details and any necessary updates. Assist customers with any issues or concerns, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications: Previous experience in the limousine industry or a similar field is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in dispatch software such as Limoanywhere is a tremendous advantage.

Skills and Abilities:Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Strong listening and reading comprehension abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using reservation and dispatch software such as Limoanywhere is a plus.

Must be available to train during the week for a period of two weeks.
