OneLocal is looking for an Account Manager who is a big-thinker and wants to be challenged as we scale. The ideal candidate is a customer-centric, pro-active individual who is looking to join an early-stage technology company and drive growth and innovation. You will be joining a motivated and fast-paced team that strives to create long-lasting relationships with our clients and produce results. What You’ll Be Doing

-Go above and beyond for your clients, ensuring the successful use of the OneLocal platform from the moment the contract is signed

-Manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for the entire customer journey from onboarding to retention to up-selling

-Be proactive in addressing client issues or potential issues to help reach our client’s desired outcome

-Understand our full marketing suite and be able to communicate the value and ROI to your clients

-Identify expansion opportunities to grow the businesses in your portfolio, adding value to your clients

-Coordinate with your Account Executive(s), to create a smooth handoff from Sales to Customer Success

What You Bring:

-You’ve got our customer’s best interest in your mind and will do whatever it takes to help them be successful with our solutions

-Experience working with small & medium businesses is an asset but not required

-Experience working with a high volume of clients

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

2 or more years experience as a Client Success Manager / Account Manager in one of the following environments: -SaaS organization -Marketing Agency -Tech Startup

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing timelines and priorities

-Ability to understand customer needs and determine its fit to our product offering

-Strong organizational and follow-up skills

-Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and turn them into long-term partnerships

-Proven ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate courtesy towards clients

-Demonstrates honesty and integrity

-Questions the status quo and isn’t afraid to speak up

-Familiarity with CRM Platforms, ideally Salesforce

Technology

Our team works with MongoDB, HTML, CSS, TypeScript and a variety of JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, Angular and some projects using React. We value feedback from all of our employees and you will have the opportunity to research and recommend new technology or approaches to the team.

The day to day of a Developer at OneLocal will build features for internal and external products from design to deployment, contribute to decisions for new products and existing applications actively used by thousands of users and drive strategic initiatives that align with the organization's vision and roadmap.
