As a Remote Inventory Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant/bar by overseeing and optimizing our inventory processes from a distance. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating orders with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records using inventory management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements remotely

Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely deliveries

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Optimize inventory processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency

Generate reports on inventory performance and suggest improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly

Proven experience in inventory management or related field

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in the restaurant or bar industry is a plus
