In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers, marketing listings effectively (using our CRM), and facilitating property transactions under the best terms for all parties involved. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and financial abilities, proposing solutions that meet their requirements.

As an ODOS Partner, you will navigate negotiation processes, advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters to ensure fair and transparent dealings. You will conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values, market properties to potential buyers, and handle necessary paperwork for transactions.

Additionally you will promote sales through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and referral services that will be key to your success in this role.

At ODOS Properties & Partners, we prioritise investing in our partners and offer leading market commissions and all of the support for a small fee of £50 a month.

Our main office is based in Gloucester and we have a smaller presence in London. We're looking for partners in the West Midlands, South West and London. Other areas can be opened on an individual basis.

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson (12 Months +)
Proven track of successful business development
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant, trustworthy and presentable
MS Office familiarity
Full Driving License
