We are currently seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior BIM Engineer Mechanical to join our dynamic team. As a Senior BIM Engineer Mechanical, you will play a key role in leading the development and execution of complex Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the mechanical systems design.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the development of BIM models for mechanical systems using industry-leading software like Autodesk Revit. -
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to coordinate and integrate mechanical systems into the overall BIM model. -
Oversee the clash detection process and resolve conflicts between different systems within the BIM model. -
Review and verify construction drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliance with project requirements. -
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members to ensure the successful completion of projects. -
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and practices. -
Conduct quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. -
Proven experience as a BIM Engineer Mechanical or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on mechanical systems design. -
Extensive proficiency in BIM software, specifically Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or Navisworks. -
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems design and engineering principles. -
Ability to interpret and analyze architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. -
Strong leadership and project management skills. -
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. -
Effective communication and collaboration skills. -
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. -
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems is essential. -
Professional certifications in BIM, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP), are a plus.
