Description

The administrative assistant will perform various tasks such as:
Administrative tasks as required (compiles data for various routine reports, etc.)
Assisting the projects team in tracking and submitting engineering deliverables to the clients and managing internal workflow based on OCG doc control process
Transfer comments from Client on pdf document to excel spreadsheet.
Take minutes of meetings during internal meeting or meetings with clients.
The Administrative assistant will report hierarchically to the Company COO

· Fluent in English and French (excellent level of English mandatory, mother tongue or equivalent) · Good proficiency of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe. · Good Experience with SharePoint · The successful candidate must be organized and quality control focus · Dynamic, Patience and attention to detailsEducation Required · Minimum 2 years on a similar positionLocation &duration: · 4 days of remote work/week at the begging then full remote · 1 days of office work/week (office located in South of France, Aix en Provence/Marseille)Contract type: · CDD (20hrs or 35hrs per week) of 9 months · Salary equivalent full time: 2 500 Eur/month (Brut salary), to be discussed based on experience.
