Job Summary:

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, expanding relationships with existing clients, and accelerating revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships across various verticals.

This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong track record of sales success, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and have a keen eye for spotting growth opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Must Have:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, business development, or account management

Proven Track Record: Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth. Strong contacts in the industry.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Self-Motivation: A goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and take ownership of business development strategies.

Preferred:

Industry Knowledge: Experience in data analytics, business intelligence is preferred, though not required. A passion for learning about new industries is a must!

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess data, trends, and market opportunities.

Tech-Savvy: Sound knowledge of analytical tools like R, Python, AWS, Google, Meta and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
