We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales for a luxury resort in the Maldives. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Middle East market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximise revenue and market share in the Middle East market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and attending industry events and conferences
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
Manage a team of sales professionals, setting performance targets and providing guidance and support
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, making strategic adjustments to stay ahead in the market
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management and clients

Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, specifically focused on the Middle East market
Must speak Arabic
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Middle East market, including key players and trends
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Middle East market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Middle East market
Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
Flexibility to travel as required
