Role Summary

As the Photo Editor at Norwegian Wool, you will be responsible for editing, retouching, and optimizing imagery that captures the essence of our luxury performance brand. With a competitive annual salary of $55,000–$60,000, you’ll ensure that every photo used across our e-commerce site, marketing campaigns, and social media channels reflects the refined style and technical craftsmanship that define Norwegian Wool. Your work will play a key role in maintaining our elevated visual identity and communicating the quality behind every product.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit, retouch, and color-correct product, lifestyle, and campaign images to ensure consistency with brand standards.
Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, art directors, and the creative team to bring visual concepts to life.
Prepare and organize final image assets for use across digital platforms including website, email, social media, and advertising.
Maintain a cohesive visual aesthetic that reflects the luxury performance positioning of Norwegian Wool.
Ensure all visual content adheres to brand color palettes, lighting style, and texture representation for true-to-life fabric accuracy.
Manage photo libraries and archiving systems for efficient access and content organization.
Retouch on-model images to highlight garment details while preserving natural realism.
Work with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of imagery for campaigns and seasonal product drops.
Stay updated on visual trends, editing software advancements, and best practices in luxury fashion photography.

2+ years of experience as a Photo Editor, Retoucher, or Digital Imaging Specialist, preferably within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One
Strong understanding of color theory, composition, lighting, and image consistency.
Experience editing both product and lifestyle imagery for e-commerce and marketing.
Keen attention to detail with an elevated sense of visual aesthetics suited to premium brands.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
