Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure organizational financial health.
Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to assist in decision-making.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
