Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality designs that align with company objectives.

Web Design:

Design and maintain responsive websites that are user-friendly and visually appealing.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure design feasibility and optimize user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client and internal projects.

Motion Graphics:

Create engaging motion graphics and animations for use in video content, social media campaigns, and online advertisements.
Edit video content to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.
Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce multimedia content.

Social Media Expertise:

Design and manage creative assets for social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for various channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the content team to create compelling visual stories for social media campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graphic Design:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.

Web Design:

Experience with web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Motion Graphics:

Proficiency in motion graphics software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Experience in creating animations and video editing.
Ability to conceptualize and produce creative video content.

Social Media Expertise:

Knowledge of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices.
Experience in creating content that resonates with different audiences.
Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust design strategies accordingly
