Job Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst who enjoys digging into marketing results, finding patterns, and helping us tell a better story about what we offer. No heavy tech background is required, so if you love finding insights in marketing data, helping shape how services are communicated, and working with a team that values clarity and creativity, we’d love to meet you. You’ll help us understand what’s working, where to grow, and how to connect with customers in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand how our services are performing, what our customers respond to, and how we can better connect with them.
Analyze campaign and content performance across channels (email, social, website, etc.).
Research our market, competitors, and customer behavior.
Turn marketing data into clear recommendations, these include; what’s working, what’s not, and what we should try next.
Work with product and service teams to help explain our offerings in a simple, relatable way.
Support product launches and service updates with the right messaging and audience insights.
Help us measure the success of marketing programs — and make them better over time.

You don’t need to be a tech expert, just someone who’s curious, thoughtful, and comfortable working with marketing data and insights.

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or analytics.
A good eye for patterns — you enjoy figuring out what makes people click or convert.
Experience working with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hub Spot, Excel/Sheets, or similar).
Strong communication skills — you can translate numbers into ideas.
An interest in helping people understand services or products in a human way.
Experience in B2B or service-based industries.
Background in content, research, or customer behavior.
A bit of comfort working alongside product or sales teams.
