ABOUT NATTA BUILDING COMPANY

Established over 45 years ago, Natta Building Company Ltd specialises in Building and Civil Engineering projects comprising of new homes, healthcare and care homes, development, section 278 and 38 infrastructure roads, sewers and services, large scale ground working for commercial buildings, schools, prisons, housing developments and high-quality external works packages. Summary of role:

We are looking for a Graduate with experience in either Recruitment or the Construction Industry (Engineer/Surveyor/Construction Management) for either a summer or yearly placement who will be responsible for the site recruitment for Natta Building Company

Key Duties:

Update data on the recruitment database
Build up relationships with candidates for appropriate placements
Being proactive in obtaining feedback from site Managers on recruitment status
Advertising vacancies on job boards and other appropriate sources
Agency relationship management
Screening candidates, short-listing, scheduling of interviews, preparation of interview schedules and liaison with candidates
Speaking to prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies within the business
Analyse weekly timesheets to ensure that all new starters and leavers have been identified and acknowledged
Provide reporting for all site recruitment
Assist the in compiling and updating job descriptions, creating job advertising using preferred budgeted advertisement streams, monitor job advertising and follow up with candidate correspondence
Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post

Experience Required:

To succeed in this role you will need to be tenacious and determined with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
Experience of working on or with Construction Building Sites
You will have excellent administration and organisational skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience of using social media and job boards and the ability to think creatively to attract candidates
