Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and guide them through their visit to the salon and spa.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate to optimize the team’s time and resources.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory and supply levels for salon and spa products, placing orders as necessary.
Assist with daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
Provide support for marketing initiatives, including managing social media updates and promotional materials.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and salon management software is a plus.
Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with the cosmetics or beauty industry is an advantage.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
