This is a founding-level engineering seat. If you have not taken a product from zero to real users before, this is not the right role.

What you will do:

Architect and build the first production version of CareCrowd’s platform
Ship end-to-end: frontend, backend, infrastructure — no silos, no handoffs
Design product that is trusted by physicians and effortless for families
Balance speed with responsibility in a high-stakes environment
Collaborate directly with founders to shape what launches — and what doesn’t

You are a fit if:

You have personally shipped and owned a zero-to-one product in production
You default to taste, clarity, and precision, not feature dumping
You build with urgency — but never recklessness
You think in systems, not tickets
You are energized by unknowns, ambiguity, and category creation — not by roadmaps written for you

Nice to have (not required):

Experience in care delivery, clinical systems, or high-trust environments
React / Node / TypeScript / Postgres fluency
Experience with secure messaging, realtime systems, or privacy-sensitive infra

Not employee #12 on a product already in motion
Not a roadmap executor or ticket closer
Not feature work — this is infrastructure that defines the category
