As a Research Engineer AI, you will develop modern applications and advance our AI vision together with a motivated, interdisciplinary team.

You translate exciting ML engineering problems and state-of-the-art papers into business-relevant applications
You stay up to date on AI development and on new, smart technologies
You write clean, maintainable code according to modern standards
You contribute to CI/CD pipelines and build automated tests

You have 2–5 years of experience in software development (ideally with a focus on AI)
Your thirst for knowledge knows no bounds—you enjoy delving into topics and taking a closer look at new trends, tools, and technologies
You have experience with Python and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
You have experience with essential ML tools such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, or ClearML and have solid backend expertise

You’re a team player who likes to take responsibility
You enjoy solving problems and like to keep things organized
You’re curious, open to new ideas and enjoy learning
You're comfortable communicating in both German and English
