Mission for this Role

The Product Manager will drive the development and enhancement of modules within the Treasury & Trade OS. This role requires driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will translate complex financial workflows into well-defined product requirements and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Commercial teams.

Key Outcomes

End-to-End Feature Delivery:

Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements.
Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritise and manage backlog effectively.
Lead sprint planning and release coordination.

Cross-Module Coordination:

Work across modules (Treasury, FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance)
Ensure feature alignment and avoid workflow fragmentation.
Support integration consistency across the OS.

Enterprise Workflow Translation:

Understand treasury, trade, and finance team workflows.
Convert operational needs into intuitive product flows.
Support configuration logic for multi-entity, multi-bank environments.

Regulatory & Compliance Alignment

Collaborate with the Compliance Division to ensure product updates meet regulatory standards.
Embed control logic into feature design.
Support audit readiness and documentation clarity.

Performance & Delivery Metrics:

Monitor feature adoption and usage.
Track release velocity and predictability.
Identify bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, data analysis, financial modeling, APIs, and system integrations
Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences and create clear documentation
Analytical Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities in complex product environments
Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with Engineering, Product Design, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders

Critical Experience

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
4-6 years of product management experience with a strong focus on financial services
Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and delivering market-leading solutions in fintech, banking, treasury systems, payments, or financial software.
Deep understanding of treasury management and supply chain finance.
Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in financial services
Hands-on experience with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
Experience with data analysis and financial modeling in a product management context
Knowledge of software development processes and technologies relevant to financial services
Practical understanding of APIs and system integrations
