Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and business growth objectives.

Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches and identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration with Design & R&D: Work closely with the engineering team to tailor solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.

Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to clients.
