Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) and Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) are affiliated architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firms with a team of 800+ professionals and growing. We’re seeking a driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple disciplines.

This position is based in our Abingdon, MD office and will start on-site, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule after 6 months. Core hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., business casual dress. Occasional overtime may be required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other platforms
Coordinate and schedule virtual and in-person interviews
Prepare and send offer letters; follow up with hiring managers and candidates
Pre-screen candidates and conduct reference checks
Post and manage job ads through the ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
Support onboarding by coordinating new hire paperwork and pre-employment requirements
Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools
Self-starter with a positive attitude and results-driven mindset
Team player who’s personable, professional, and ready to make an impact
