Responsible to help add value and growth to annual sales volume.
Communicate positively and effectively follow up with consumers and lenders
Inform consumers with product knowledge and assist them with understanding what the best options are
Maintain timeline for all files to assure deadlines are met
Order appraisals, EOI's, open title/escrow, analyze approvals, request conditions, prepare file for funding are just some of the daily task
Support our average close time of 20 days per file

Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem-solving, analysis, and time management.
People skills that forge professional relationships and support teamwork
Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines as well as independently.
Ability/Willingness to embrace technology
Experience with MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel), Zoom

Compensation:

$18/hourly
Commissions for funded loans
