MOTI believes in rebuilding the social web with web3 technologies, where users’ ownership of their identity and data, as well as their self-sovereignty and privacy are respected, moving away from the business models of the current social media landscape where users and their data are sold as products.

In March 2023, MOTI launched its first dApp - MOTI.BIO, powered by the MOTI DID Protool, where users can monetise their identity and social capital through advertising, referral and affiliate marketing, all through aggregating their existing web2 socials data, wallets and KYC details under one single roof.

MOTI.BIO is rapidly adopted by users around south east asia, and gained over 5000+ users in the first month, providing a demonstrable use case of monetisation for end users through the usage of a DID protocol.

As the Community and Quest Manager at MOTI, you will spearhead our community engagement initiatives and oversee the execution of airdrop campaigns, known internally as "quests." This pivotal role focuses on nurturing a vibrant community and implementing strategic campaigns to increase participation and loyalty among our users. Supported by a dedicated team and robust tools, you will facilitate the growth of our community and enhance their interaction with our decentralized identity solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies across various platforms including social media, forums, and our Discord server.
Plan, coordinate, and manage airdrop campaigns (quests) to incentivize community involvement and attract new users.
Monitor community sentiment and feedback, utilizing insights to inform campaign strategies and product improvements.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align quests with overall business objectives and product launches.
Serve as the primary point of contact for community queries, fostering a responsive and inclusive environment.

Proven experience in community management and campaign execution, preferably within the tech or blockchain sectors.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with and building relationships with diverse community groups.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and the principles of decentralized applications.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, adept at creating strategies that resonate with target audiences.

This position is completely remote.

Work hours is negotiable.
