We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering data into computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and has strong clerical and organizational skills.

Duties:

- Enter data into computerized systems accurately and efficiently

- Perform basic math calculations to ensure data accuracy

- Organize and maintain files of collected data

- Assist in the development and implementation of data collection procedures

- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data collection practices

- Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues

Candidate must be based and authorized to work in Canada
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficient in using document management software and office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
