As a Client Success Mindset Coach, you would contribute directly to the transformation of the women and men we serve and support our team in becoming their highest selves and sharpening their heart-centered contribution.

We are looking for someone with multiple years of coaching experience (this can include counselling, leadership or other positions where you are moving a client to an outcome and helping them achieve what wasn't possible for them without your help).

We are not asking you to simply be a cheerleader, we are asking you to be a coach.

About The Position:

As a Client Success Mindset Coach you create your own schedule for one-on-one sessions and work remotely with clients and our team flexibly from anywhere in the world. You will need a fast, and reliable internet connection.

You will wake up knowing that lives will be transformed that day because of you. And you can sleep well knowing you are making an important difference.

Here are a few things you can expect to do in this position, but not limited to:

1) Supporting clients in group sessions, and one on one directly through zoom. We will provide training on how to move a client from crisis to full freedom and transform their finances by transforming their habits.

2) Conducting Weekly Workshops: Leading coaching calls, engaging with clients through dynamic and strategic workshops that promote personal and professional development.

3) Daily Team Meetings: Collaborate with the team through daily meetings to ensure alignment, share insights, and foster a supportive work environment.

4) Facebook Group Support: Manage and contribute to our community's Facebook group, providing valuable content, fostering discussions, and encouraging clients.

5) Overall Client Success Management: Take ownership of client success, working with our admin team to ensure that each individual's journey is supported, tracked, and optimised for the best possible outcomes.

You will work closely with our Managing Director and CEO, and partner with them in up-levelling the team and expanding the mission so we can set 1 million people free to build wealth, get rest and create a lasting legacy.

The income level for our coaches is higher than what many executive level careers pay and many of our coaches enjoy annual incomes of between $65,000 - $80,000 with commission opportunities.
