Autobravais looking for someone who isn’t afraid of speed — both on the track and in everyday business challenges! We are looking for aHead of Marketing who will take over the marketing wheel of three unique brands —MG,XPENG, andDucati. If you can juggle multiple projects at the same time and challenges motivate rather than intimidate you — this position is for you!

Key responsibilities of the role:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
Coordinate the development of 3 brands and ensure consistency across all communication channels
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (GEO, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
Ensure strict compliance with international brand identity (CI) guidelines across all channels and dealerships
Manage marketing budgets, optimize resources, and oversee financial processes
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, provide recommendations for marketing improvements
Collaborate with journalists, agencies, influencers, and maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers
Execute tactical campaigns, product launches, and events
Generate creative ideas for new model launches, campaigns, and brand events

Proven experience successfully managing multiple brands with a strong strategic mindset (experience in the automotive industry would be considered a strong advantage)
Experience in brand management, visual identity, design processes, and quality control
Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (B2 level or higher)
Strong computer literacy, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
Strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team
Driving license.

Salary:€4630–4958 eur/month before taxes.
