Responsibilities

Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide accurate information on insurance products and services
Assist clients with the application and claims process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes
Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals

Valid insurance license as required by state
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
Ability to assess clients' needs and provide tailored solutions
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
