Job Description: Progressive Web App Developer for Learning Game

Position: Full-Stack Developer (Vue.js, Laravel or Node.js)

Location: Remote

Duration: 2 months
This period is for developing a demo version according to a concept. We’ll continue working together on the full project if everything goes well.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to create an advanced demo of a Progressive Web App (PWA) for an educational game focused on a patient journey. This role involves developing both frontend and backend components, integrating custom graphics, and ensuring the app meets performance and design standards. You will collaborate with a developer and artist from our team.

Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

Develop interactive user interfaces using Vue.js.
Implement special effects and animations using CSS or Three.js.
Integrate custom 2D graphics and sound effects.
Ensure responsive design and optimal user experience.

Backend Development:

Design and develop server-side logic, APIs, and database schema using Laravel.
Implement user authentication and data management features.
Create an admin dashboard
Handle data collection and integrate with the admin dashboard.

Progressive Web App Features:

Configure PWA features including service workers and offline capabilities.
Prepare the PWA for deployment and app store submission.

Testing and Optimization:

Conduct comprehensive testing for functionality, performance, and usability.
Address and resolve bugs and performance issues.

Collaboration:

Work closely with designers and project managers to ensure project alignment.
Communicate progress and updates regularly.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Vue.js.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with backend development and API integration.
Familiarity with PWA development and deployment.
Ability to integrate custom graphics and sound effects.
Experience with mobile app publishing processes, especially for iOS.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

Experienced with Three.js
Experience with game development or interactive media.
Knowledge of automated testing and continuous integration tools.
