Position: Car Sales Person (Sales Consultant)

Position Overview

As a Car Salesperson, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the benefits of electric mobility and guiding them through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey. You will build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and deliver an outstanding showroom experience while representing innovative electric vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Welcome customers to the showroom and deliver a professional, consultative sales experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle and financing options.
Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features, technology, safety, and the benefits of electric vehicles.
Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Follow up on leads promptly through phone, email, social media, and CRM systems.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Business Development

Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, and local events.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and showroom events.
Represent the dealership at exhibitions and community events when required.

Sales Performance

Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maximize revenue opportunities by promoting finance, insurance, accessories, and other value-added products.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
Prepare quotations, vehicle orders, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the ownership journey.
Keep customers informed regarding vehicle availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction and positive customer feedback.

Product Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, technology, and competitor offerings.
Continuously develop expertise in electric vehicle technology, charging solutions, sustainability, and industry trends.
Participate in product and sales training provided by the employer.

Showroom Standards

Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
Support vehicle preparation for demonstrations, test drives, and customer deliveries.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong passion for customer service and relationship building.
Interest in electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Comfortable working weekends and flexible schedules when required.
Valid Swedish Category B driving licence.
Fluency in English is required. Swedish is highly preferred, and additional languages are considered an advantage.
