Responsibilities

Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for project managers and field staff.
Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain accurate records and files related to projects, contracts, and vendor communications.
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing responsive and clear communication.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and expense reports.
Support the office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office organization.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle confidential information professionally.
