This entry-level position is designed to help you experience an active shop or site environment, explore the foundational skills of that sector, and find your fit within the trade industry.

Responsibilities

Support site keeping duties such as organizing tools, materials, and maintaining workspace cleanliness.
Assist with basic maintenance and production tasks under supervision.
Participate in safety walks to identify hazards and ensure workplace safety compliance.
Help document project progress through photos, measurements, and notes under guidance.
Contribute to punch walks by identifying visible issues and assisting with repairs.

Qualifications

No prior experience necessary; work-ready training provided.
Willingness to learn and work in a physically active, hands-on environment.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team.
