Key Responsibilities

Break down and summarise Investment Banking workflows (pitchbooks, models, diligence)
Label and annotate financial data points and workflows for training LLMs
Build, adapt, and annotate financial models to highlight key logic
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine annotation guidelines

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Investment Banking or related Corporate Finance (M&A, ECM, DCM, Restructuring)
End-to-end deal process exposure (from pitch to execution)
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel
High attention to detail, with excellent summarisation and written communication skills
Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
A genuine interest in AI and automation
