We’re looking for a casual Community Manager to join our creative team and support the seamless execution of community management and social media campaigns.

The right person will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple social communities and showcasing amazing attention to detail.

The high-level responsibilities of theCommunity Manager are;

Undertake daily community management, triaging, escalating & responding to customer enquiries and comments on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Utilise listening and community management tools such as Sprout Social to pull data to inform performance insights, monitoring results and KPI’s across all client accounts.
Create detailed community management reports with the assistance of the Social Media and Content Manager.

Skills, education and experience

Industry experience:

6+ months of relevant industry experience, or currently studying or just finished a relevant degree, with an interest in Social Media.

Additional skills/experience:

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
Experience with all major social media platforms, engagement strategies, and best practices
Passionate about social media and advertising
