Responsibilities

Maintain and manage electronic and physical document control systems.
Process incoming documents efficiently and accurately within established timeframes.
Ensure all documents are properly classified, versioned, and stored in accordance with company standards.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and ensure completeness.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and training for team members.
Provide support in troubleshooting any document control-related issues.
Generate and maintain reports regarding document status, revisions, and related metrics.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a relevant field preferred.
Proven experience in document control, administrative support, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
