We're a dynamic and growing studio seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team remotely.

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide exceptional support to our studio operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling email and phone correspondence, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
- Assisting with special projects, events, and presentations
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information

-A year of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
