About the role

The Marketing/Sales position at Mano will be instrumental in driving user growth and brand awareness by developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at reaching 1 million users. This dynamic role requires a deep understanding of target audiences, market trends, and effective marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing a data-driven marketing plan that leverages various channels, such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, to reach and engage the target audience.
Collaborating with content creators, including writers, graphic designers, and video producers, to develop compelling and shareable content that aligns with the startup's brand and messaging. This may involve brainstorming ideas, providing feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with businesses and industry influencers to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive user growth and brand exposure. This includes researching potential partners, crafting personalized outreach strategies, and negotiating collaboration agreements.
Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborating with the broader team to ensure marketing initiatives align with the startup's overall goals and objectives, and contribute to a cohesive brand experience.
