Looking for a self-taught, strategic team leader with extensive experience owning client relationships and driving holistic retail media strategies across the funnel in collaboration with national media teams and client brand leads. must have work experience with CPG brands and retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and/or Lowe's.

Responsibilities:

Lead the commerce and retail media strategy for multiple brands within an enterprise client and liaise between national and performance media teams
Develop & manage comprehensive media plans/holistic media planning across multiple retailers including oversight of Joint Business Planning (JBP) negotiations and retail partnerships
Act as the primary strategic advisor to senior brand leadership, driving high-level media strategy and decision-making for the brand
Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team

Must-haves:

Expert level understanding of retail media strategy, with a focus on managing large-scale media buying for key retail platforms [in order of importance: Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, Instacart]
Extensive experience in full-funnel media strategies
Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing direct reports
Deep understanding of the retail media ecosystem and the ability to integrate it seamlessly with broader brand goals
Ability to manage and execute complex campaigns for a single brand

Nice-to-haves:

Amazon DSP programmatic, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), and paid search is a plus, but not required.
