Job Title: Virtual Sales Representative

Pay: 275 PHP/Hour (5$ USD/Hour)

Job Description:

As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be selling education services to K-12 schools and universities through phone and email outreach. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying sales opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships while efficiently handling collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products or services.
Qualify leads, identify prospects, and nurture relationships to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collections and Accounts Receivable Management:
Work closely with existing clients to resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and overdue accounts.
Develop and maintain clear, professional communication with clients regarding their outstanding balances.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction while encouraging repeat business.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and opportunities in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or related roles.
Fluent in English; both written and verbal
Bachelors Degree in sales, marketing, communications, or related field
Up to date NBI Clearance
Reliable internet connection and ability to make outbound phone calls
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Experience with accounts receivable management and collections.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
High ethical standards and professionalism in handling sensitive financial matters.

This is a remote position, and the Virtual Sales Representative will need to have a reliable internet connection, a dedicated workspace, and the necessary equipment to conduct outbound calls and manage collections efficiently.
