**Role Overview** As a Senior Sales Account Executive at Lucid Bots, you will spearhead our sales initiatives, fostering robust client relationships and propelling the market presence of our groundbreaking products. We are looking for that special someone who is excited to work with a small creative team as a critical member of the team based out of our Charlotte location. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and surpass sales targets. - Cultivate and sustain long-lasting relationships with a diverse clientele. - Understand client business needs, aligning them with Lucid Bots' value proposition. - Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. - Keep a pulse on market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential threats. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights to the leadership team. - Represent Lucid Bots at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. **Qualifications** - At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a history of targeting medium to large companies. - Proven ability in selling technology solutions, preferably in the jan/san, hospitality, or education sectors. - Adept in relationship building, strategic planning, and swift deal closures. - Familiarity with CRM software and a data-driven approach to sales. - An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced startup environments. - Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. **Compensation** - At Lucid, we want to reward sales for helping us build the company - Competitive salary with a performance-linked bonus structure. - Base salary of $60K to $80K, depending on your experience and qualifications - Commissions are uncapped and equal to 10% of the revenue collected from your sales - In 2023, we had several sales makers make over $100K, and one made over $250K - Stock options, comprehensive health benefits, and a simple IRA. - Generous PTO policy and 11 annual holidays.
