Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, providing friendly and professional customer service.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining an organized calendar for dental staff.
Handle patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and processing payments accurately and timely.
Support communication between dental staff, patients, and external partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Organize community outreach efforts, including scheduling free dental screenings and coordinating educational events.

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and staff.
Proficiency in office software including scheduling and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is highly desirable.
