We seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our workforce, ensuring a positive work environment, and fostering employee satisfaction and development. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Manage employee relations by addressing employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance individual and team performance
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
Manage compensation and benefit plans, including salary administration, incentives, and pay structures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data confidentiality
Support management in the resolution of complex HR issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure our policies and practices remain current and effective

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR principles, functions, and best practices
Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations
Strong knowledge of HR software and systems
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with employees and management
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) highly desired
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals
