**Role Overview:** As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Linc AI, your primary mission will be to facilitate the seamless integration and customization of our platform within our clients' ecosystems. This role is critical in ensuring that our solutions align perfectly with the automation goals of our customers, enhancing both our product and the logistics industry at large. **Key Responsibilities:** * Spearhead the integration of Linc AI's platform with clients' on-premise and cloud management systems, ensuring a flexible and robust implementation. * Develop and deploy RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and scraping tools to meet specific automation needs of our customers, thereby enhancing the efficiency of their operations. * Take the lead in customizing our platform for new clients, ensuring that the solution fits seamlessly within their existing processes and systems. * Collaborate with product management and customer success teams to design solutions that precisely address the unique automation challenges of each client. * Drive the continuous enhancement of our product by incorporating new technologies and methodologies, with a particular focus on improving quality assurance models based on customer feedback. * Operate within a dynamic startup environment, making substantial contributions to the company's growth and the success of our clients. **Qualifications:** * Extensive experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Next.js. * Demonstrated capability in integrating software solutions within diverse technical environments, including both on-premise and cloud platforms. * Proficiency in developing RPA and web scraping tools to automate business processes. * Adept at working with quality assurance models and incorporating feedback to improve product performance. * Exceptional problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and a creative approach to technological challenges. * Strong project management and communication skills, able to effectively collaborate in a team and articulate complex concepts to a varied audience. * Experience in fast-paced, startup environments is highly valued, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
