The Role:

LifeStreet is looking for a dedicated Ad Operations Manager to serve a pivotal role supporting our Customer Success and Creative teams. This position will be responsible for campaign trafficking, ad material creation, and other related tasks to ensure the smooth execution of advertiser campaigns in LifeStreet’s Nero platform. This role comes with a high degree of visibility within the organization and significant opportunities for professional growth.

Location: This will be a remote position based in Eastern Europe (Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania)

Responsibilities:

● Campaign Management Support

Coordinate with the Customer Success team to set up advertisers, products, and campaigns, while executing contract deliverables.

Completion of other campaign related tasks as assigned.

Actively manage campaign budgets, monitoring, and performance through our internal tools.

● Creative Coordination / Execution

Handle the development and execution of ad groups, display ads, and VAST video ads.

Assist in project requests related to creative assets and ongoing performance analyses.

● Cross-Team Collaboration

Collaborate with multiple departments, including Customer Success, Creative, and Product Teams, to ensure alignment of campaign objectives.

Utilize a ticket-based system for efficient task management and prioritization.

● A minimum of 2 years of experience in ad operations or a related role.

● Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, or equivalent work experience.

● Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

● Experience with Google Ads/ Meta Ads is a big plus!

● Exceptional attention to detail.

● An understanding of the digital advertising industry.

● Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize effectively.
