Responsibilities

Manage and organize administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Assist in the preparation of documents and presentations for staff meetings.
Respond to emails and inquiries from staff, students, and parents in a timely manner.
Maintain and update student records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Coordinate virtual meetings and events, providing technical support as needed.
Assist in digital communication efforts, including managing social media and website updates.
Support faculty and staff by preparing materials and resources for classes and projects.

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the education sector, particularly in primary and secondary education.
