Responsibilities

Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the design team.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project progress.
Assist in the management of project timelines and budgets, tracking deliverables and milestones.
Maintain and organize design samples, materials, and project files for easy accessibility.
Support the team in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings and design reviews.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the design or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software preferred.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
A passion for design and an understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
