We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data related to various construction projects into our systems. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that all project-related information is up-to-date and easily accessible across the organization. Responsibilities

Accurately enter project information into databases and systems
Assist in maintaining project logs, schedules, and other relevant documentation
Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather necessary data for entry
Ensure timely updates of project progress and status in our tracking systems
Support the project management team in organizing project documents
Prepare routine reports and summaries as required
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate project workflows

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant post-secondary education preferred
Experience in data entry or administrative roles, with an emphasis on project-related work preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Basic understanding of construction processes is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
