As an Fx Artist at LanguageBird, you will play a critical role in creating visually stunning and engaging content for our language learning platform. You will work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality effects and animations that enhance the learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative team to design and create compelling visual effects and animations.
Develop and implement new effects and techniques to enhance our language learning platform.
Utilize industry-standard software tools to create and animate effects.
Optimize effects for performance and compatibility across multiple platforms and devices.
Work closely with the development team to integrate effects into our platform.
Collaborate with other artists and designers to ensure a consistent visual style and cohesive experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in visual effects and animation.

Proven experience as an Fx Artist or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard 2D and/or 3D animation software (e.g., After Effects, Maya, Blender).
Demonstrated ability to create visually pleasing effects and animations.
Excellent knowledge of current visual effects techniques and software.
Strong understanding of principles of animation and visual storytelling.
Solid understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
