We're looking to hire a Product Manager to supercharge LANDED's next phase of growth. **About the role** As a Product Manager, you will play a direct role in shaping the strategic direction of our product, with a deep focus on Generative AI, Systems, and UI/UX. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. This role will touch unique AI applications, technical solutions architecture, integration strategies, and implementation of our SaaS product. \ **Who you are** You thrive on innovation and building what’s next. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a high degree of focus on detail, process and creativity.\ \ **Key Responsibilities:** * **Product & Project Management:** * Take ownership of the product lifecycle from conception to launch including ideation, coordination, stakeholder management, and measurement of product performance * Continually refine workflows, methodologies, and deployment processes to amplify efficiency and quality * Define, measure, and share the important critical metrics to measure the success * **Enterprise-Level Implementations:** * Manage and lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring system integrations are seamless, scalable, and align with client requirements * Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical guidance on SaaS solution configurations and integrations * Define and document integration requirements, working with both internal teams and external clients to design custom solutions as needed * **System Integrations & Technical Architecture:** * Lead the integration of our SaaS platform with client systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, calendar, job board, and other enterprise applications * Design, develop, and implement integration strategies that ensure data flow and system interoperability between platforms * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations * **Customer Discovery:** * Engage in customer discovery, ensuring an accurate understanding of customer needs, challenges and expectations * Manage customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical queries * **Stakeholder Management:** * Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback and implementation challenges * Assist Sales and Customer Success teams with pre-sales activities and post-sales support, providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction * **Product Ideation & Market Opportunity:** * Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points and rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems * Capture and leverage customer feedback and implementation experiences to influence the product roadmap\ Be part of the journey to redefine the lives of blue collar workers **Qualifications:** * 4+ years of experience in product management or consulting * 1+ years of experience successfully working with technical teams * Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware solutions * Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve technical challenges * Strong understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, databases) * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Excellent client and stakeholder management skills * Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, security protocols, and compliance standards is a plus **We'd especially love to speak with you if:** * You have extensive cross-functional technical integrations and systems experience in the B2B SaaS space; bonus points for experience in a hyper-growth startup or HR Tech industry * You have worked at a very fast-growing startup * You have successfully worked in a remote and distributed team environment
