Position Summary

As a Wholesale Brand Management Specialist, you are responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, serving as a point of contact for customer needs and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your duties include handling routine client inquiries, resolving problems, maintaining accurate records in NetSuite, and collaborating with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience. This role requires you to be in traveling and in stores four days a week.

Essential Functions

Client Engagement and Communication

Service as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
Proactively resolve client issues and complaints, often by coordinating with internal departments like sales, operations, and customer care to ensure a seamless experience.
Educate clients on new products, services, and company updates, ensuring they are well-informed and receiving the maximum value form the company’s offerings.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and align on future goals.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and positive client experience.

Business and Sales Support

Help develop/implement strategies to further the company’s objectives with key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide recommendations and ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products, services, and brand value.
Maintain complete and accurate NetSuite records.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is highly valued.
A proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to analyze data, evaluate sales situations, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in NetSuite is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
The ability to solve problems and handle customer requests.
Must have the willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

This is a remote-based position; however, candidates must be based in the Los Angeles area. The role requires significant travel, approximately 80%, to support our wholesale partners and business needs. When not traveling, the position will work remotely from the Los Angeles area.
